The architectural façade and interiors were designed with cultural considerations at the forefront, while ensuring that the project met the requirements of the modern age and commercial nature of the development. The detailing and design reflect local culture while enhancing customer experiences and reinforcing the waterfront location.

Thoughtful, strategic façade lighting complements the warm tones of the external architecture, drawing attention to the star-like design of the building top. Energy efficiency is crucial to the sustainable foundations of this development, so incorporating economical lighting solutions for the external uplighting was imperative.

The Waterfront is situated within a high-end district, home to numerous embassies and consulates, which presented several challenges to the project. Logistics were difficult due to high congestion, and the sensitivities of this diplomatic area meant limited working hours. Maintaining just-in-time deliveries was key to overcoming these location challenges.
