Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of lighting Designs for diverse projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Lighting Designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in lighting design software (e.g., AutoCAD, DIALux, Revit).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in lighting design, with a focus on hospitality or related sectors.
• Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., AutoCAD, DIALux, Revit, or similar).
• A basic understanding of lighting systems, control technologies, and electrical codes.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• A passion for design and creating memorable experiences through lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Building Information Models (BIM) and CAD drawings for various projects.
• Support the preparation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings and BIM models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help ensure that models and drawings are accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with clash detection and resolving issues within BIM models to ensure project accuracy.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information and input for accurate modeling.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and building codes.
• Assist with organizing and managing project files, data, and documentation in the BIM environment.
• Stay updated on new technologies and software in BIM and CAD to continuously improve processes and skills.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Some experience (internship, co-op, or 1-2 years) working with BIM and CAD software is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and developing technical skills.
• Good understanding of construction documentation and building systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices.
